Marko Novaković was born in Belgrade in 1971. He graduated in MultimediaDirecting from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in 1994. His first feature film,“Neko me ipak čeka”, was made in 2009 and won numerous awards. His secondfilm “Zverinjak” (2012), and third, “Bez stepenika” (2015), was also successful at domestic and international festivals. He also directed the TV drama “Maska“(2007), documentaryf iction films, and many other projects. He is a member of theSerbian Film Artists Association.
