Episode 1

In festive Belgrade, the residents of Crown Street 11 gather in the renovated building and at the cafe “Lola” to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the wedding anniversary of Ketrin and Vladimir. While the neighbors enjoy the celebration, old tensions resurface. Visnja’s sudden return and Lakota’s unusual absence suggest that peace in the building will not last long.
Episode 2

On a quiet morning in Kotor, Lakota prepares to leave his hometown for Belgrade, but a family confrontation with his mother and sister reveals far more than an ordinary argument-along with a shocking confession that will echo back in Crown Street 11. In Belgrade, the residents face their own storms: Milina and Dmitar go through a marital breakdown, Ketrin unexpectedly attracts the attention of a new client, and Mira opens the door to new temptations.
Episode 3

In Kotor, Ugljesa and Kata discover that they have more in common than what separates them. Lale avoids staying at home to escape the conflict between Mira and Andjelija. Velinka tries to persuade Lakota to settle down with Ugljesa, but Lakota skillfully dodges the topic and ends the conversation. Ketrin and Dusan meet again-this time with different intentions.

Lola, Visnja, and Ketrin train together while reexamining their marriages and friendships. During a conversation with Emilija, Julija receives important news regarding her son’s education. Vladimir gives Lakota a lesson about women, while the women prepare to celebrate New Year’s Eve-far away from their husbands.
Episode 5

Julija, Ketrin, Lola, Milina, Visnja, and Andjelija try to recover from a wild night out, each with her own sense of freedom and secrets. Milina and Visnja receive an unexpected visit-Justus and Marko plan to stay overnight at Dmitar’s suggestion. Sava and Zivojin wait for the right moment to discuss Djordje’s wish to move to America, while Julija balances understanding her son with supporting her husband.

Jovan tries to maintain his business routine, but obligations pull him in every direction. As Sava and Djordje prepare for their trip, Lola is torn between guilt and passion, and Ketrin tries to show her that courage sometimes means following the heart. Zika and Dmitar face dangerous business dealings at the prosciutto plant.
Episode 7

Vladimir feels uneasy as he watches Ketrin sleep and admits to Zivojin that he doesn’t know what is happening to her. As Visnja prepares for a meeting with Marko, Lakota realizes that debts never sleep-even during the holiday idyll-but soon understands this won’t be his biggest problem when he receives unexpected news from Ugljesa and Kata.
Episode 8

Hristina and Jovan enjoy an unusual morning awakening in a kiosk. Jagoda comes up with a bold idea for Ugljesa and Kata to start a business in Belgrade, which would weaken Lakota’s power and help Visnja move on with her life. While Julija and Sava exchange gifts and emotions via video call, a psychiatrist helps Ketrin choose the right path.
Episode 9

Visnja bravely begins a new phase of her relationship with Marko, but he soon stops responding, and she finds comfort in talking with Milina. The arguments between Mira and Andjelija continue, while Ketrin and Vladimir secretly meet in a cafe to talk about her feelings.
Episode 10

Ugljesa convinces Mika and Peka to give her a chance to bring Lakota to his senses and marry her. Vladimir prepares a surprise gift for Ketrin. Ugljesa incites Jovan against Lakota, who at that moment is trying to seduce Hristina. Ugljesa, Kata, Visnja, and Lola join forces in a humorous mission to prepare posters for a gay pride parade, causing chaos in Crown Street 11.
Episode 11

Velinka panics because she can’t reach Lakota, so Ugljesa and Kata try to locate him in a tavern. Mira and Simon balance between love and secrets, while Jovan and Lakota team up against a female invasion. Through music and laughter, Boris and Vladimir find comfort and friendship amid their life crises.
Episode 12

Andjelija helps Ketrin take control of her life and romantic decisions, while Lale awkwardly tries to win over Hristina.
Episode 13

Ugljesa tries to resolve the situation with Lakota, with help from her friend Kata. She plans to marry Lakota before giving birth, and then have Kata assume the marital role. Thugs from Zemun are hired to “force” the wedding, leading to chaos in the building’s basement. Visnja discovers that Marko is actually Djura and not wealthy, but genuinely in love with her. Jovan wins the lottery jackpot and shares his happiness with Hristina.
Episode 1

The renovated Crown Street 11 brings an illusion of peace, but behind the facade new passions and betrayals soon erupt. Ketrin and Vladimir divorce after Vladimir learns about her affair with Dusan, while the singer Roksanda moves into the building and brings unrest into Lakota’s life.
Episode 2

As Milina launches her detective career with a spy briefcase and immediately turns her magnifying glass on Dzomba’s mother, Mira leads a feminist revolution against all men. Everyone wants a divorce-from Lola to Ketrin-but when Julija and Vladimir get involved, Lale barely survives divorce day.
Episode 3

Lola tries to understand who she has become after marriage and a new love. Visnja leaves for Frankfurt, while Dzomba tries to obtain Milina’s permission to open a kiosk on the ground floor of the building. Ugljesa goes to a psychiatrist, but the therapy takes an unexpected turn. Milina continues her search for her first real detective case.

Mira goes to a psychiatrist, but the therapy rekindles the passion between her and Lale. Their secret relationship is hidden from the other residents-especially Milina, who suspects everything.
Episode 5

Dmitar sinks into paranoia over his suspicions. A power outage hits Crown Street 11, and the neighbors cope in their own ways: Vladimir and Natalija have a candlelit dinner at Zika and Emilija’s, Lale hides Mira from Jagoda, while Julija uses the blackout for a secret meeting with Milos.
Episode 6

Dmitar tries to uncover why there is no electricity in the building and refuses to let Ketrin into her apartment. Lakota and Roksanda enjoy time in the music studio until the power returns, but Milina and Alimpije soon fix the outage. Dzomba admits to Ugljesa that he would marry Kata, and she approves, wanting Lakota all to herself.
Episode 7

Dusan and Ketrin flee to a luxury boat, where Alimpije and his son force them into a money transfer, but Dmitar soon arrests them and takes them to prison.

Dzelatovic appears in the courtyard of Crown Street 11, announcing himself as the owner of two apartments in the building. Lola and Julija talk about their insecurities regarding new loves after divorce. Ketrin and Vladimir have a reconciliation dinner, unaware that Milijana is secretly filming them.
Episode 12

Natalija and Dusan find out that Vladimir and Ketrin have seen each other, while the two try to explain that it was all a setup. Julija tells Lola she is going out to see a friend, but Lola soon realizes Julija lied and actually met with her trainer. Jovan arrives at Crown Street 11 with his new girlfriend, Masa.
Episode 13

What happens in Crown Street 11 six months later: Kata is about to give birth, Lakota and Ugljesa are in Montenegro, Masa has left Jovan, and Dusan is preparing to travel to America to talk to Ketrin. Dmitar returns from Angola, and Lola celebrates her birthday, surprised by Dmitar’s arrival. The longtime residents face new romantic and family turning points.
Episode 1

Panic spreads through the building as, due to a series of misunderstandings, the tenants come to believe that their neighbor Zika is terminally ill. Out of fear, they decide to adopt healthier habits and improve their relationships. Vladimir is the last to find out about Zika’s “illness,” and together with Ugljesa, he tries to drown his sorrow in rakia.
Episode 2

Zika discovers that he is completely healthy, but together with Emilija decides to keep it a secret in order to preserve the newly found harmony among the neighbors. Ketrin suggests to Dusan that everyone from the building go on a short nature getaway. A new scandal erupts when Milina spreads a rumor that Dzomba is cheating on Kata with Lola, unaware that he is only secretly visiting Lola to eat bacon and avoid his strict diet.
Episode 3

The tenants try to organize a group trip but give up when they realize it’s too expensive. Meanwhile, Andjelija pays a showbiz manager, Borivoje, to seduce Mira and “open her eyes” about Lale, but the plan fails when Borivoje simultaneously tries to hit on Lola. The episode ends with Lale discovering Andjelija’s plan to break up his marriage.
Episode 4

Ketrin and Dusan decide to finance a “team-building” event for the neighbors and none other than-camping. The tenants happily arrive at Kosmaj mountain for a digital detox, but the idyll quickly turns into comic chaos when Dusan is caught using his phone.
Episode 5

Lale becomes the unexpected hero of the camp, as he’s the only one who brought everything-from a can opener to medicine and battery-powered mosquito devices. While some struggle with nature and tents, Sava and Julija use the isolation to rekindle their passion, while Ketrin secretly films a documentary.
Episode 6

As Zika reminisces about his army days, masks fall on Kosmaj: Dusan secretly makes a business deal, while Lola tries to use Lale to get revenge on Mira. The plan fails when a drunk Dzomba cannot wake Mira to catch Lale and Lola in the act. The tenants return to Krunska 11 realizing that their mobile phones are their favorite “neighbors”.
Episode 7

Ketrin tries to get Dusan into boxing, but he discovers a new hobby – stand-up comedy. The Lalatovic family organizes a “peaceful” lunch with Andjelija to mend relationships. Zika, exploiting the neighbors’ sympathy, organizes a large “work action” to repaint his apartment.
Episode 8

After a long time, Dmitar returns to Belgrade, causing turmoil, especially for Milina. Zika goes through hell as the repainting “work action” turns into a drinking party, and an electric massage worsens his pain. Ugljesa tries to seduce Jovan with more “feminine” methods, but he remains completely immune.
Episode 9

Emilija tries to convince the “workers” not to create so much chaos during the repainting but fails. While Ketrin suffers muscle pain after boxing training and Dusan receives harsh criticism for his stand-up script, Lale’s life is turned upside down when Andjelija brings his father Bozidar to his door-whom he hasn’t seen in two decades.
Episode 10

Ugljesa and Milina conclude that Jovan is gay, unaware he is hiding another secret. The trio of workers finishes the repainting, and the episode culminates in a cafe where Ketrin catches Dusan and Ugljesa in a compromising situation, while Borivoje returns to Lola’s life seeking “help from the stars”.
Episode 11

While Lale and Mira endure the chaos caused by their unruly parents, Zika manipulates the neighbors into buying him a TV by playing the victim. Ugljesa suspects Vladimir is not Aleksej’s biological father, Milina is put in line by Jagoda who temporarily moves in, and Ketrin boils with jealousy over Dusan’s meetings with his ex-wife and secret diction lessons with Lola.
Episode 12

Zika gets a new TV from the neighbors, while Sava and Julija discover his medical reports and realize he lied about being ill. Lale’s plan to match his father with Jagoda backfires. Ketrin takes Aleksej’s DNA sample. The truth slowly begins to surface.
Episode 13

Emilija forces Zika to admit to the neighbors that he is healthy. Dusan and Ketrin finally split and move out-Ketrin to Milina’s, Dusan to Sava and Julija’s. DNA results arrive, shocking Vladimir, while Kata tries to “trap” Dzomba into having a baby.
Episode 1

Lola hires Dmitar to follow Borivoje, whom she finds suspicious, while Zika decides not to admit at the tenants’ meeting that he is healthy. Milina and Lale argue because Jagoda has fallen in love with his father Boza. On a date with Jovan, Ugljesa realizes she loves Vladimir.
Episode 2

Borivoje promises Ketrin a great band for her birthday, and while she enjoys a glamorous party enhanced by Nele Karajlic, Dusan pretends to have fun out of jealousy and ends up alone. Igor is devastated because Tara has a new boyfriend, and Jagoda leaves for Jagodina due to lack of space at Milina’s.
Episode 3

Kata puts Dzomba on a strict diet for the sake of having children. Maja advises Dusan to offer Ketrin a fortune for half the apartment so he doesn’t lose her. Lola and Dmitar suspect Borivoje is a police informant, while Milina targets Dmitar using astrology.
Episode 4

Dusan performs stand-up to impress Ketrin, who misses the show due to a traffic collapse. Dmitar learns Milina still has feelings for him. Jovan invites Stasa for a drink, while Julija and Sava ask Dusan to invest in their business. Lola discovers Borivoje is not an informant, but married.
Episode 5

Borivoje is thrown out of his apartment due to his marital lie. Stasa agrees to date Jovan but proposes they start a business together. The Lalatovic children target Milina to reunite their parents. Lola, guided by a horoscope, sends Zika to the doctor. All the men form a “crisis headquarters” to save their relationships.
Episode 6

Following Maja’s advice, the men arrive at a club with roses, only to find their wives happily dancing salsa with other men. The next day, Krunska 11 is in total emotional collapse. The women try to win back their partners with charm and food, but the men refuse to give in. Zika becomes the only hope for reconciliation.
Episode 7

Zika does his best to reconcile the couples, but they-led by Dmitar-choose “freedom” over being “henpecked.” Milina and Lale negotiate over a space in the building’s courtyard. Peace in Zika’s home is disrupted by the arrival of Emilija’s former love, Stanislav, sparking jealousy.
Episode 8

The men give in to emotions and return to their wives with awkward confessions. While couples reconcile with laughter and kisses, Milina remains alone as Dmitar is the only one who doesn’t return. Meanwhile, Borivoje plans to expand the building, and the Lalatovic family tries to convince Lola that the ground-floor space should belong to them, not Milina.
Episode 9

Kata and Dzomba secretly create a Tinder profile for Ugljesa. Zika is jealous of Stanislav. A major twist: Borivoje and Stasa plot to take over the building through an investment scam, using Lola and Jovan as pawns. The fight over the ground-floor space becomes a cover for a dangerous scheme.
Episode 10

Vladimir is arrested after a man jumps onto his car and falsely accuses him of running him over. Lale tries to help, but the prosecutor rejects the appeal. Zika suspects Emilija’s fidelity, while Dusan and Ketrin wage a playful prank war at home.
Episode 11

Vladimir is released from custody thanks to unexpected help that comes from an anonymous source. Ugljesa goes on a date with Nedjo, who criticizes him harshly. Dusan continues to oppose the building expansion. While Zika plans to expose Stanislav, Milijana takes over Dusan’s kitchen.
Episode 12

Despite Dusan’s opposition, the tenants vote in favor of building expansion led by Borivoje, celebrated with a concert by Bane Krstic. Vladimir learns Ketrin secretly paid for his lawyer, while Dusan unknowingly wears the label of a henpecked man in their prank war.
Episode 13

Milina nearly receives a massive fine for illegally producing and selling cookies, but Lale saves her-only to discover Borivoje reported her. Jovan reveals to Ketrin that taxi driving is just his hobby and that he invests in business. Ketrin tries to bribe Milijana to leave, while Zika and Natasa set a trap for Stanislav.
Episode 14

Borivoje and Stasa are exposed by Zika’s recording and arrested for antique theft. Nedja and Sava force them to cancel their contracts. Zika finally admits he faked his illness to unite the neighbors. The season ends with Dusan proposing to Ketrin and a big celebration.
