Bumblebee’s Summer will have its premiere on July 11th at the 72nd Pula Film
Festival. The theatrical release is scheduled for July 24th, 2025.
The film “Bumblebee’s Summer” is the winner of this year’s Golden Gate of Pula Audience Award. This marks the conclusion of this year’s Pula Film Festival.

He graduated in film and TV directing from the Academy of Dramatic Arts inZagreb. Since 1998, he has been working as a film and television director. Hemainly writes scripts for his own films. He has also directed and written for thetheater, and has published several short stories in literary magazines. In 2010, hemade his first feature film, “Koko and the Ghosts”, based on the novel by his fatherIvan Kušan. Since then, he has enjoyed success with all the sequels to the filmsabout the hero Ratko Milić , also known as Koko . With the film “Love or Death”,which began showing in theaters in November 2014, he has attracted greatattention and broken viewership records.
