Polish Docs Portal on the 4th Ravno Selo Film Festival

The Polish Docs portal of the Krakow Film Foundation published news about the Special Award given to Martina Paško for the film “Tell Me More” at the 4th Ravno Selo Film Festival.

The Ravno Selo Film Festival is an event primarily intended for future filmmakers, focusing on debutants or those making their second film. In addition to screening quality films, the audience enjoyed concerts, meetings with filmmakers, and film workshops, which this year were led by actress Lora Đurović and director Goran Nikolić. The 2021 edition lasted a day longer than usual and was held from July 1 to 4.

The award-winning documentary Tell Me More is a deeply personal story of a director returning to her family home for a three-week “vacation” to care for her mother, who suffers from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Although Barbara can only communicate through eye movements, she strives to say as much as possible to her daughter, knowing these could be her last words.
